Communication is back in Bantayan, glad to communicate with my family. What amaze me is, knowing from them during the event, we also helped our neighbors of around 10 families by letting them sought refuge in our secured house (made of concrete slab roof deck). And, yes, those familys houses were broken down to pieces after Yolandas havoc. Just cant imagine what it would be if they remained in their places.
