(FVRC) Communication networks for the whole Cebu Province, Region 7 and the Visayas are already in place, in link with Siquijor, Negros, Bohol, Camotes Island, and Cebu. A communication equipment system on standby ready for installation in the hardest hit areas. If communication bugs down there, we will ensure that communication will never fail. There will always be a link from that place to here for easier access to disaster response, Corominas said. Contingency plans on communications are in coordination with FVRC, National Telecommunications Commission, and Cebu PDRRMO.
