Communiqué RÉINSCRIPTION AU PARC CHAMPION 2013-2014 Chers membres, La période de réinscription approchant à grand pas, voici les détails et instructions à suivre: 1. La période de réinscription aura lieu le 6 et 7 juillet 2013 au Parc Champion de 10h30 à 19h00. En cas de pluie, celle-ci sera reportée à la fin de semaine suivante, à savoir le 13 et 14 juillet 2013 aux mêmes heures. Nous veillerons à vous envoyer un avis au moins une (1) heure à l’avance pour vous aviser de l’annulation de la journée de réinscription pour cause de mauvais temps, le cas échéant; 2.Vous devez vous procurer le formulaire d’inscription sur le lien suivant et l’amener avec vous, dûment rempli, lors de votre inscription. Si vous éprouvez de la difficulté à ouvrir le fichier, n’hésitez pas à nous contacter. Vous devez avoir avec vous l’argent comptant exact. Veuillez vous référer à l’Annexe 1 du formulaire d’inscription afin de connaitre les nouveaux tarifs et pour déterminer le montant correspondant à votre réinscription; 4. Tel que voté lors de l’assemblée générale tenue le 5 juin 2013, la vaccination et la revaccination contre la rage sont maintenant des conditions obligatoires pour l’inscription et la réinscription au Parc Champion. Par conséquent, nous vous demandons d’avoir avec vous une preuve de vaccination ou de revaccination contre la rage lors de votre réinscription à l’aire d’exercice le 6 et 7 juillet prochains. Voici les trois (3) preuves de vaccination et de revaccination qui seront acceptées: • Un certificat provenant de l’institut vétérinaire de votre/vos chien(s) attestant la date (jour/mois/année) où le vaccin a été administré et la période de cure du vaccin; • Une lettre du vétérinaire de votre/vos chien(s) attestant la date (jour/mois/année) où le vaccin a été administré et la période de cure du vaccin; et, • La médaille de vaccination de votre/vos chien(s) affichant l’année de vaccination. Cependant, nous vous soulignons que cette preuve de vaccination ne sera acceptée que pour la réinscription pour l’année 2013-2014 et ce, de sorte à vous accommoder pour le court délai d’ici la période de réinscription pour vous procurer une lettre de l’institut vétérinaire ou du vétérinaire de votre/vos chien(s), tel que ci-haut mentionné. Après vérification auprès de quelques vétérinaires, le vaccin contre la rage doit être effectué tous les trois (3) ans. Cependant, nous accepterons une lettre de l’institut vétérinaire ou du vétérinaire de votre/vos chien(s) attestant une période de revaccination différente à celle que nous exigeons et ce, en tenant compte de la diversité des types de vaccins contre la rage et possédant une période de cure différente. Nous vous rappelons qu’aucune réinscription au Parc Champion ne sera effectuée si une preuve de vaccination ou revaccination contre la rage n’est pas fournie. Nous profitons également de l’occasion pour vous rappeler que les clés permettant l’accès à l’aire d’exercice seront échangées sans frais pour celles de l’année 2013-2014. À défaut de retourner les clés de l’année en vigueur, vous devrez assumer les frais applicables pour vous procurer celles de la nouvelle année. Please refer to Annex 1 of the registration form to consult the new rates and to determine the amount of your re-registration; 4. As approved at the general assembly held on June 5, 2013, vaccination and revaccination against rabies are now a mandatory requirement for registration and re-registration at Parc Champion. Therefore, we ask you to have proof of vaccination or revaccination against rabies for your re-registration at the dog parc on July 6-7, 2013. Here are the three (3) proofs of vaccination and revaccination that will be accepted: • A certificate from your dog(s) veterinary institute showing the date (month/day/year) where the vaccine was administered and the expiration date; • A letter from your dog(s) veterinarian showing the date (month/day/year) where the vaccine was administered and the expiration date; • The medal proving your dog(s) vaccination against rabies and displaying the year of vaccination. However, we emphasize that this proof of vaccination will only be accepted for the re-registration for 2013-2014 and so, to accommodate you for the short delay before the re-registration period to get a letter from your dog(s) veterinary institute or veterinarian as mentioned above. After verification with some veterinarians, the vaccine against rabies must be administered every three (3) years. However, we will accept a letter from your dog(s) veterinary institute or veterinarian attesting to a different revaccination period and so, taking into account the diversity of the types of vaccines against rabies available and having a different expiration date. Please note that no re-registration to Parc Champion will be performed if a proof of vaccination or revaccination against rabies is not provided. We also take this opportunity to remind you that the keys to access to the dog park will be exchanged at no cost for those of 2013-2014. Failure to return the keys for the current year, you will have to pay the applicable fee to obtain the ones for the new year.
