Originally scheduled for October 30, the City of Newburghs Special Council Work Sessions to discuss the Proposed Managers Budget for year 2015 has been rescheduled for today at 5 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, Third Floor City Hall, 83 Broadway, Newburgh. All are welcome to attend. There will be no public comments at these work sessions. The Town Board of Chester will meet and review its Preliminary Budget and hold a Public Hearing in the Town Hall Meeting Room, 1786 Kings Highway, Chester, at 7 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard.
