Community and Family Services International VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT: ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER CFSI is a humanitarian organization committed to peace and social development, with a particular interest in the psychosocial dimension. Its mission is to protect and promote human security—specifically the lives, well-being, and dignity of people uprooted by persecution, armed conflict, disaster, and other exceptionally difficult circumstances. Based in the Philippines and operating both domestically and internationally, CFSI seeks qualified and experienced applicants with diverse backgrounds for the following post, which is based at CFSI Headquarters in Pasay City. ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER Working in close consultation with the Senior Management Team, the Administrative Officer manages, as well as systemizes, all personnel-related functions such as: organizing the recruitment of required personnel; preparing service contracts/agreements; organizing and carrying out orientations for new personnel; providing staff support services, including benefits administration;, making domestic and international travel arrangements; organizing efforts to promote staff welfare; facilitating regular personnel evaluations; maintaining personnel records; and regularly updating the emergency response roster. The Administrative Officer is expected to continuously update and further develop the CFSI Management Information System, including a database on providers of goods and services, various mailing lists, bulletin boards/calendars, the CFSI Archives, and CFSI libraries. Supervised by the Deputy Executive Director, the Administrative Officer provides administrative support for select Members of the Senior Management Team, serves as Rapporteur for specified meetings, and receives clients, guests, and visitors at CFSI Headquarters. Qualifications Minimum of five years of experience in a similar capacity. At least a bachelor’s degree and preferably a master’s in the human services, business administration, public administration, or a related field. Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines, work independently, and collaborate in a multi-cultural, international setting. Highly organized, engaging, creative, efficient, reliable, honest, discreet, supportive, and flexible in a high stress, multi-task environment. Excellent English language skills, both spoken and written. Proficient with computers, software, and web-based applications.
