Commuting home last night on I-10 and blowout! First reaction is to head for the offramp nearby and it was a bad decision. No breakdown lane with 2 lanes of traffic exiting at 65 mph coming right at me. I smell disaster so I turn on the flashers and leave the car on foot. Standing on the top of the offramp watching traffic swerve around my abandoned car. Suddenly SAPD shows up and lights flares. Another police car shows up with more flares and helps me change the tire. Thank you SAPD.
