Comparing which “government” is superior is comparing cages. The mission of Voluntaryism is not to move to a more comfortable cage, but to leave the cage entirely and unreservedly. The goal is to fall out of love with our chains. The goal is break the yoke of Statist slavery that has meticulously inculcated most of us in our tender youth. The goal is to expel all of the Statist intellectual excrement that encumbers the free flow of logic and reason. The goal is to lead by example that which we wish to see manifest in the world. The goal is not to viciously insult our Statist brothers and sisters for their ignorance, but rather to lend them a helping hand in their journey out of the cave. We must never forget that most of us were Statists once and that it was through the steadfast effort of patient individuals that we were finally able to recognize the ubiquitous shackles that begird us. Such a realization is a painful process since it requires us to question core beliefs that have taken up residence in the deep recesses of our hearts. The task of carefully disentangling the cancer from the healthy tissue without damaging the soul must be executed with a surgeon’s precision.
