Compassion, concern, and empathy for any human being lacking in basic necessities, proper shelter, medical care, and those who are without opportunity to create a stable living are categorized as basic units involved with the components of our intelligent superstructure as resulted from cooperation. Failure in this ability casts a failure and deficiency with oneself. They are also unable to operate or function properly as human beings. Insensitivity, callousness, antipathy, and disaffection are all anti-social qualities and have a deleterious effect on all others who they infect. Thus, if the many of a society fit this lack their of of this basic capacity in our intelligent genetic phenotype, which makes one human, they as a people should no should no longer be labeled as a society, but a diseased state.Though there are tribes, clans, and of a lower aggregate who function as a whole using anti-social qualities, they do not get any larger than a tribe and usually die out as a people.
