*Compassionate post alert* (It will unapologetically be re-posted in the a.m.) I dedicate this post to the Burris family of Bryson Texas. And may all glory, honor and praise be to God alone! --------------------------------------- Shes only 4years old and was bit twice in the same hand and day by a baby rattlesnake. As most of you know, the bite from a baby rattlesnake is worse than by a full grown rattlesnake as the young do not ration their venoms. I learned of this sweet little girl and her family of Bryson Texas a few weeks ago. I saw a post on my wall where the support and prayers were being poured out & offered up for her and her family. I was moved, as my heart for children is bigger than Texas. Many of you who have children whom I know personally know this for a fact. I was floored that it just happened to be around the corner from my wind project where I spend many hours. So I reached out to my project manager and requested if he could corroborate the facts. Needless to say we headed up a donation campaign to help offset the medical expenses and show our financial support and prayers for the family during this difficult season, which is still filled with thanks! Brinleys story of recovery and out pouring from society at large is nothing short of an absolute miracle! The snakebite she suffered was dangerously equivalent to that of the flesh being burned from the inside out as an oven would permeate heat. The Doctors are amazed at how miraculously her hand has healed! Early diagnosisis were sketchy at best and almost heart wrenching. As if the trauma of it all wasnt enough! But God is good!!!!!! And the prayers of many avail much! Im telling you, I was touched by an angel and her family today as I presented them with a sizable contribution from myself and my benevolent colleagues of RES Americas! Pictured here you can see the devastating visuals to the victorious healing. The last pic is of her with me, giving a thumbs up with a hand whose healing is a miracle that only Our God of creation can do! I wept tears of compassion for this family and Brinley on my way home. That God would use a man with a past like mine to reach out in help, hope and love.... Indeed as Ps Jesse Wilson delivered in his great message today, theres indeed so much to be thankful for! I love you bro Jesse! As Ive always said my friends, be blessed or by all means be the blessing..... to someone! You never know the lives you could touch or change as well as your own. Cliff _/\_
