Competition Results, Sunday 6th Oct. was the Annual the Belleek scramble. We had a large turnout of teams who played great golf in glorious conditions. 1st John Lawrence, Maynard O Boyle, Owen Logan, Bridgie Clarke. 2nd Tommy Clarke, Frank Durkin, Porick Murray, Shania Croke. 3rd Ivan Maloney, Geraldine Davey, Dylan Craig, Kathleen Cryan. Tickets are still on sale from any committee member for the “2014 Membership Draw”. Tickets are €50 each or a book of 6 for €250. First prize is 10 years membership of Tubbercurry Golf Club, 2nd prize is three years membership and third prize is a one year membership. There is a limit of 200 tickets that will be sold and the draw will be made soon. For terms and conditions, see our website. The final matches for both the Singles match-play competition, sponsored by Roger Mc Carrick and the Doubles match-play competition, sponsored by Scanlon Insurance will be played this week. We have Vinny Murphy playing Dylan Craig in the final of the singles; Vinny is also playing in the final of the doubles with partner Keith Feehily against Padraig Moran and Damian Moran. Dylan Craig is also in the final of the Junior Singles against Connor Mathews.
