Complaint i had just written too MACKAY TAXIE- Important! My brother had a pick up Last night at 12am Macdonalds East Mackay, He asked the Taxie Driver to go to 14 Trogolby st, Mackay! he had 15$ and that is the usual taxie cost, he has done this many times! it usually cost around $0- $15 max, he told the driver before going into the taxie! The taxie driver did not know where it was! my brother explained near South leagues, he took the long route and the driver said to my brother he thought it was wavelegues??? my brother explained no it is south leagues, (my brother does have a mild disability) but this does not make sense as my brother still can be understood but , he should no where the destination is! and not guessing!! and the driver apparently kept shaking his head and Swearing!!!!!! then carried on driving out at nowhere , my brother was unsure and at that time was worried , my brother said you are going the wrong way, the driver said , he was going to wave legues, my brother further said there is no such place as wave leagues, it is south leagues, then the driver further stopped out at nowhere!!!! and CHARGED MY BROTHER ($15) AND LEFT Him out at NOWHERE!!!! then my brother Had no credit at the time!!!!! and he HAD TO WALK BETWEEN 12am till morning!!!! DO you think this is right?! We are disgusted! and the way Mackay has been! you left my Brother in the Middle of the night!!! If something Happened to him it would be your Responsibility! and further more i will be furthering this complaint! the taxie before he left apparently said, he did not want screw my brother over but, obviously.. your taxie drivers need to have a GPS or know where they are GOING!! and thanks for letting my brother walk home, out of now where in the middle of the night!!! This is So wrong.. and my brother asked at least THE DRIVER GAVE HIM THE DIRECTION WHERE TO WALK! and it was the WRONG direction!!! yes i was not there myself but my brother is a truthful venerable person! I will be forwarding this! Thank you for the stress you had put on myself and my FAMILY!
