Dear Sir, I am Vikas Joshi S/o Shri Vishnu Joshi, Address is Behind Police Station,Danipara Raigarh CG Pin 496001.In my family me, my father (Vishnu Joshi – Age – 68Yrs),Month (Kamla Joshi – Age – 60 Yres), 1 married sistern younger sister(studing). My marriage held on 20th May – 2013, With Priyanka Sharma(Father Name-Late. Sh.Suresh Sharma,Date of Birth21 jan 1989,25 Yrs) At Raigarh CG – my home town. In priyanka family (Her month name – daya Sharma), (Her big Brother – Amit Sharma) & (Younger Brother – Deepak sahrma)address – 629,PAN,HISAR,HARYANA-125001-(frequently changing address, living in rent). Just after 13 days of marriage priyanka told me that she have a boyfriend, n she wnt to talk him by phone. I make her understand that it is going to kill both of us life. Finally she given promise tht she will never talk to that boy Sahil. I have given promise that i will not disclosed this to anyone. Next 02 week was very notmal, till i got 02 new mobile sim, which c use for calling her boyfriend. She started fighting with my Mom,Dad & Sis also. I told this all story to proyanka’s brother & Amit has filed an FIR against that boy also. At the night 15 sep, she balm on i am stopping her to talk with her family, her brother took her in her home at Hisar (n told me that he make priyanka understand this it is not good). Feb – 14 we call for a social meeting with both family to reslov this issue. But her family member start blaming us. N Now May – 14 they have file a case against me 498. I am only earning member in my family, Father got in right side coma in mouth after this. Sister is studing. Police is calling n asking to come to hisar for meeting with mom dad n sis. (My marriage was held at RaigarhCG). I resign from my jon , now i am jobless On May – 15 they arrest my father n took to hisar, somehow a arrange money n given to layer n took bell. Now don’t have money for fight. Pl suggest wt best i can do.
