Completed Week 4, Day 6 of #LesMillsCombat! Todays workout - HIIT Power! I didnt hydrate enough yesterday, and I feel like it affected my workout performance today. It could be physically; it could be mentally. Either way... I know I did not drink enough water yesterday. That will be my focus today - along with family. =) (See? Coaches arent perfect.) I say my performance was affected because I wasnt able to do as many normal burpees like I did the last time I did this workout. I did a good portion of them on my knees this time around. No problem. Work on form before you work on challenging yourself. Remember to listen to your body. Oh... and todays workout was done at my dads house. (See?
