Completed my 7th physical therapy session. Leading into the PT session I thought I was going to see good progress because I have been able to do l a little more for myself in between sessions this week. Overall a good session although not as good as I hoped. Pain persists. And I have a deeper appreciation for how much the little things matter. Looking forward to continuing with my assigned exercises over the weekend and hopefully seeing more progress next week. My next session is early Monday morning. One misnomer I had was that I would be able to be productive with my down time but so far this has not been the case. I hope to do better in the weeks ahead. Overall a good week in my shoulder rehab. 馃槉
