Completion of Trainee Project 2014 After a three day long project phase finally the outcome of the trainee project 2014 was presented in Hettich Training Centre in Kirchlengern, Germany on 4 July 2014. Thirteen trainees from different sites of Hettich worked together on the assembly of a football table and as a result, they did not just develop their ability to work in team, but also proved their strong points in respective professions which they could discover during the training. Of course, at times they had to face certain difficulties with respect to assembly of components. However, such problems were solved with the help of their trainers in the team. The trial game took place with Stefan Jonitz, Member of Hettich Board of Management, and the trainees as well as trainers after completion of assembly. The casing and lighting on the game table crated the perfect football feeling. The game figures were made up of Sensys hinges. In all the project was fun for all the participants and also showed what could be achieved with teamwork.
