JOB-793663 Description Ensure compliance of EPA waste license, conduct onsite sampling and monitoring in accordance with license conditions. Manage waste collection permit and submission of AER. Maintain accurate records and prepare reports, letters, and memorandums with respect to compliance matters. Liaise with members of the public and professional bodies on compliance related issues. Develop, monitor, and review the company?s policies and procedures with regards to license, permit, environmental and HR compliance. Responsible for workplace Health & Safety, including communication and training. Maintain and develop the companys safety statement and any related health & safety matters. Provide HR support to operations, maintain records and ensure the company is always compliant. Monitor and report on trade waste revenue. Assist with IT and systems implementation as required. Skills Requirements Qualified environmental consultant, waste experience essential. Relevant third level qualification. FAS/EPA FETAC Certificate would be an advantage. Experience in HR and ensuring company compliance. Experience in managing health and safety programs, with relevant qualifications. Strong system skills including Excel and other business applications. Ability to work to challenging deadlines and prioritisation of key deliverables. Ability to work across business units and report to owner managers.
