The Computer Technician is responsible for day-to-day help for clients, and assisting with maintenance, projects, and migrations. Required: Advanced Windows Desktop skills Good general application knowledge (Office, Google Docs, Adobe, etc.) Mobile device knowledge (Android, iOS, etc.) Diagnostic and problem solving ability People skills and business-level communication Advantages: Windows Server, AD, Exchange, RDS Networking knowledge, routing, DNS, DHCP, VPNs SIP and UC systems Virtualisation experience As an example, you should know how to configure, monitor and maintain networks and Windows and/or Linux servers, and build great relationships with clients.
