Computing Facilities and problems in University AJ&K Kotli 1st step: Frame the problem The University has a number of computing facilities available to students which will allow you to connect to the university networks and the internet. The university of AJ&K lot of problems for computing system. Its some few problem motion as well as: Classroom condition not good, Labrry issue, Administration problems (depart to depart, students, teachers (I can’t discuss in the problems of administration )), canteen (problems is foods, cooking, environment ) and lots of computer labs issue. And I discussed the main problem facing: Computing system in AJ&K University the biggeste big problem faced by students in university is that Computer labs of FASK are not fully facilitated. 2nd step:Solutions for the problem: 1. Better condition for Computer lab room 2. Maximum Computer avails for computer labs 3. A new computer should be placed in a lab (LCD, core i3 and LED) 4. There should be Specification increase e.g. RAM, processor etc. 5. And Chair’s avail for sitting in computer labs (comfortable furniture in lab) 6. Using a projector for deliver the lecture for students 7. There should be at least 0ne computer labs for each department 8. All classes should take at least one class in a lab in a per day and min three class lab in a week 9. The server provides many computer programs, such as browser set-up, Microsoft Office, PDF, update their software and protection regularly 10. Backup computers on server computer. If corrupted window or few programs, server provides backup, then restore or repair the programs. 11. Keep students focused on learning activities through discreet observation & listening, and through PC desktop management 12. Offer training for several pieces of software commonly used across campus 13. Student recordings can be captured to a centralized database for easy follow-up. 3rd step: Best solution: I think, if computer labs used projector delivering for the lecture. Because 1st, saving the time 2nd , interested environment and easy to understand the lecture and 3rd, teacher easy delivered the lecture. Computers in the classroom include any digital technology used to enhance, supplement, or replace a traditional educational curriculum. As computers have become more accessible, inexpensive, and powerful, the demand for this technology has increased, leading to more frequent use of computer resources within classes, and a decrease in the student-to-computer ratio within schools.
