Remember that on 11 April, 2014, Erias Lukwagos Lawyers proved to court that justice Kavuma acted illegally when he singlehandedly sat and heard the application by Attorney General, that according to rules of procedure, an application in the Court of Appeal can be heard by a panel of three judges and not only one. The five justices of the Supreme Court unanimously overruled the preliminary objection raised by the AG on grounds that it lacked merit.
