Concept of IDP A LOOK AT THE PAST AND PRESENT Each year thousands of students complete their studies hoping of building perfect career but with no sufficient opportunities they are forced to seek it abroad leading to brain drain or for livelihood work out of their field or interest. World have got greatest breakthroughs in the field of technology but Nepal is far behind from achieving even simple ones .Its true that here are some people who get to enjoy the modern technical facilities but when it comes to developing or improving it there are very least or no organizations or people here There is no any lack of institutions involved in producing manpower may it be with purpose of business or development and no lack of students heading there without knowing its scope.But the students don’t know when they complete their studies they even get any opportunities or not. Only something which is lacking is a PLATFORM for them to utilize their knowledge and bring INNOVATIVE ideas into practice.To change the present face and solve all prevailing problems IDP was born. Introduction to IDP With the slogan “Technical development With IDP’s Involvement” IDP is a non –profitable , non –political & non-government organization started by active, enthusiastic, and energetic youths. Since last year ,we are actively working on the field of technology and its development .We believe in the development using locally available resources, this took us to several community schools in rural area with the purpose of training them the proper use of the resources to solve prevailing problems in their areas as well as raising the standard of their technical knowledge. Moreover, regarding the frustrations developing in the mind of technical & IT professionals and engineers we are preparing for a National Level Exhibition with job replacement which we call IDP-Tech-2014 which provides platform for interaction between pass outs or professionals waiting for opportunity and the representatives from national and international companies searching innovative minds
