Conditions are slowly easing across the Melbourne region, central areas and further west in Victoria as the low moves away from the region. Whilst winds will remain fairly strong in the east at first this evening, much calmer conditions are likely in and around Melbourne. However some stronger gusts to 60-70 km/h will remain possible this afternoon and tonight. Stay tuned for further updates this evening and the outlook ... which is continuing to look wild!
