Conferences and Forecasted Storms on Friday: Currently, the weather forecast for Friday is not encouraging; no surprise this year! It is our intention to go forward with conferences unless the weather makes this practically impossible. We recognize that it may be challenging for some of you to make conferences under these potential travel conditions as well as for a few of our staff, some of whom travel considerable distance. In light of this circumstance, we are offering a safer option for you. If you feel you can’t make it safely and conveniently to conferences, please call the office between 8:15 AM and 12:00 PM and the office staff will arrange for the teacher to call you. Please have a number where you can be reached and a range of times you will be available to conference over the phone. Teachers will try to make all calls on Friday and finish on Monday if needed. In the event that it becomes necessary to cancel conferences on Friday, we will post it on our website, and Facebook page and send an email to all families. In the event a particular teacher cannot make it to school, we will communicate that the same way. If we have to cancel conferences, a new plan will be communicated as soon as possible. Happy spring!
