“ Confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The earnest prayer of a righteous person has great power and produces wonderful results.” (James 5:16 NLT) God is our healer—sophisticated medicine can encourage the process. But healing comes from God alone. And He encourages us to pray for healing. But notice the spiritual prerequisite. It’s confessing sin. In Bristol, England we as elders often prayed for healing. When we started confessing to one another before we prayed, the Lord healed people in remarkable ways.
