Confession #1454 : Hi Folks, Greetings for festive Season !! This is my 1st post in this space, however its my 5th Diwali Year in TechM and its with great disappointment I have to confess that, I have not even received a single toffee or Mithai box as a goodwill gesture, leave aside expecting some bonus or perks which will motivate employees. (when work timings and other policies are compared to industry standards, does it really hold true in terms of giving to employees? ) Dont you guys think its a fair and reasonable expectation of all those employees like me who put their heart and soul and make so many sacrifices in their personal lives and contribute directly/ indirectly to the organization?
