Confession #162 : I am not sure how to say this.. There is this new girl in my project.. We see each other everyday, I am kinda attracted to her, may be I have a crush on her.. I was waiting for some opportunity to talk to her.. I am not good at approaching girls and make casual talks... Yesterday when I went to the cafeteria for breakfast a funny incident took place. When I was in the Q to get the coupon for food, I saw the girl standing in the line, to my surprise she was alone and not with her friends.I stood behind her. Apparently she had only 500rs bills with her and the guy sitting over d counter asked her to give exact change as it was early in the morning and he too could not break a 500. So she turned back and asked me if she cud borrow 30 bucks from me. I felt very happy inside and I thought this might be the opportunity I was waiting for to talk to her.. So I put my hands inside my pocket to get the money, I was shocked to realise that I had only 25 bucks with me.. I have this habit of not carrying my wallet with me all d time, I have some kinda phobia i guess .. I just keep some money in my pocket, just the amount tat I might need immediately.. I felt bad and kinda ashamed, couldnt think of anything I could say to her at the moment without making myself look like a total Idiot.. Ended up saying Forgot my wallet.. She just gave a disappointed look at me.. Her frnd arrived at d same time and gave her the 30 bucks and they went away.. I feel that now after the incident she thinks of me as an a***ole who would not spare even 30 bucks.. Afterall You never get a second opportunity to make the first impression :(
