Confession #6550 Before I jump straight into my confession, I first want to thank every student at Cal Poly for being straight up chill. Where I come from, if someone has a doctors appointment and they dont have a car, they either have to take the bus or walk. Where I come from, if someone needs extra help on their essay, no one volunteers because its time that they cant spend flirting with boys. But not here. Not even close--my first few months on campus have been an absolute dream, and everyone Ive met has been so pleasant and helpful (: Now, to my story. I was at a party and I got absolutely wasted. Wasted, as in I cannot remember anything that happened between 10:00 that night and 7:00 the morning after. I woke up in a random bed, covered in blankets with a clean glass of water on the table next to the bed. A chick comes in to check on me and asks me whether I remember what happened the night before. Obviously, I didnt. She laughed and said that she had to put me to bed. To this kind stranger: I know that when Im intoxicated, Im THAT girl (you know, the loud one, the crazy one...) and I must have put you through hell trying to put me to bed. But you managed to get me into a safe place for the night, and for that, I want to thank you. That was one of the nicest things anyone has ever done for me. You give me faith in college and I cant wait for my next few years here at Cal Poly SLO (:
