Confidence in Your Salvation You are the only one who could ever reverse your salvation—by letting go of your faith or by purposely denying Christ. If you find yourself slipping, cry out for help! There’s no need to drown when the Savior is right there reaching out to you. There will be many challenges, but remember to walk with God and He will walk with you. You are safe in the Father’s hands. Check out these Bible verses: In John 10:27-30, Jesus said, “My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me. And I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; neither shall anyone snatch them out of My hand. My Father, who has given them to Me, is greater than all; and no one is able to snatch them out of My Father’s hand. I and My Father are one.” 1 John 5:11-13, “And this is the testimony: that God has given us eternal life, and this life is in His Son. He who has the Son has life; he who does not have the Son of God does not have life. These things I have written to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, that you may know that you have eternal life, and that you may continue to believe in the name of the Son of God.” Hebrew 10:34-39, “…knowing that you have a better and an enduring possession for yourselves in heaven. Therefor do not cast away your confidence, which has great reward. For you have need of endurance, so that after you have done the will of God, you may receive the promise: ‘For yet a little while, and He who is coming will come and will not tarry. Now the just shall live by faith: But if anyone draws back, My soul has no pleasure in him.’ But we are not of those who draw back to perdition, but of those who believe to the saving of the soul.” If you are having trouble holding onto your faith, don’t believe the devil’s lies. Speak the Word in faith: “I am not of those who draw back, but I will believe to the saving of my soul!” God’s Word is powerful against the enemy, and it will begin to make a difference in the way you think.
