Listen to the Other Side Listen Carefully. 4. Clarify the Issues Agree On Cause(s). Agree to Resolve. 5. Bring Closure Once the Conflict Is Resolved Dont Speak On It Anymore. If You Are Not Able to Resolve the Problem, Agree to Disagree Peacefully. Sometimes a Mediator Someone Both Sides Trust Can Help Workout the Conflict
