Congrats to Coach Paps who competed in his first ever Olympic lifting meet at The Lab Gym in St. Louis this weekend. A few of us were able to make it out to see him hit this EASY 205lb snatch! Great work Paps! If you have never been to an Olympic lifting meet, you should check one out sometime. One lifter, one bar, one platform, 3 total attempts, and all eyes on you! Pretty scary experience. Nerves are at an all time high, and oh yea, they actually judge your TECHNIQUE not just if you complete the lift!
