Congrats youve put a kick, bass, clap and a slamming synth all on the same beat. Thats really loud. Now can I please hear a f*cking SONG?! If a drop happens every 45 seconds, is it really even a drop? I think its more just a part of the set where the same intensity comes back again. The same intensity that youve kept the whole damn time because every song is a banger; I work with a lot of bands and songwriters who dont understand EDM, and you know what.... I dont blame them all the much. Im not even jaded, and Id rather not defend my argument with words (hopefully my new album in September will do the talking for me *fingers crossed*). Anyway, moving on - Excuse my rude analogy but I cant help but compare todays common DJ sets to 16 year olds getting it on, cum after a minute and apparently thats satisfying? We should treat the crowd like a lady. Bring back the passion, keep them wanting it. The longer the wait, the better the payoff. My audience isnt a slut. They want passion, they want an experience. #SorrryNotSorry
