Congratulations Alan and Amy, Coventrys Operation Sahara team leaders! In the past month Alan and Amy have seen their team grow enormously with lots of individuals from other universities join their team. What was originally just Alan’s team, which he put his heart and soul in to recruiting for and supporting over the course of the year, has doubled in size. Amy has therefore just recently stepped in to the role as co-team leader and between the two of them, they have been in close touch with all of their new team members by phone, getting them together for a classic Nandos and even visiting them in distant cities to make them feel welcome. Amy, in the short time she has been in the role, has secured a stall at Godiva Festival that they have opened up for the team to use to fundraise. Thanks so much for your hard work guys.
