Your construction of a power play against Tom Thibodeau that leads to the abrupt dismissal of one of the more-talented assistant coaches in the league -- someone who also happens to mentor your star player -- and that further strains the realms of possibility for a coach who consistently does more with less assets (thanks to your stewardship that follows in the Dollar Bill Wirtz school of team development) is not really a good strategy for winning championships and influence people to sign with you. In other news, the Chicago Bulls picked up another under-performing small forward in Mike Dunleavy, which only leads me to conclude that brick-layer Marco Belinelli will not return next season to a team that desperately needs scoring.
