Congratulations On behalf of the Carnarvon Chamber of Commerce we would like to congratulation our Vice President Kristan Pinner a local Carnarvon builder who was recently successful in winning awards at the Housing Industry Association Midwest Housing Awards presentation night, held on 16 August 2014 in Geraldton. Northern Aspect Construction built a house at 61 Yardi Quays, Northwater Estate, Carnarvon that won three categories on the night. They were the winner of the ‘Framed Housing $400,001 & Over’ category, winner of the ‘Framed Home of the Year’ and winner of the ‘Innovation in Housing Project’. They were also a finalist in the ‘2014 HIA Midwest Home of the Year’ award. Kristan Pinner, Managing Director of Northern Aspect Construction, was very pleased to win these prestigious awards for this house and wished to thank local suppliers and trades-persons who worked on or were involved in the building of the house. “The support of local trades persons and suppliers has helped us achieve this success”. Northern Aspect Construction is now a finalist in the Western Australian Awards. The winners will be announced at the 2014 HIA Western Australian Housing Awards in November.
