Congratulations! Weve made it to day 2. Today, we are eliminating wheat (and sugar) from our diet. Wheat is the most common grain consumed in the American diet and, while grains can be good for you, most of us eat too much refined and processed wheat. Temporarily eliminating wheat from your diet will allow you to try healthy wheat-free and gluten-free alternatives.
