Congratulations go out to TLPD Officers Katie Hall and Jeffrey Comp who delivered a baby alongside the road this morning. A great job also goes out to our very own Joint Services Dispatcher Joanie Zarletti who gave instructions over the phone to the womans husband and the officers. Officer Hall noticed the umbilical cord wrapped around the babys neck and took action. The baby was delivered, placed in a blanket and was being held by mom when Twin Lakes Rescue arrived on scene. This was certainly a call to remember for the rest of their careers. Congratulations Officers Hall and Comp!
