Congratulations to Holly Pond (Meg) in the win over Plainview (Destiny). Holly Pond is heading to the Final Four at BJCC and good luck to HP! Tough loss for Madison Academy today as they lost in overtime (on a 3 pointer with 3 sec left on the clock) to undefeated defending state champs Lauderdale County. Congratulations to Libba Gilliam , Destiny Lowden, Mary Paige Hunt and Aaliyah Rice who were named to the All-Region teams. Also, good luck to Sparkman (Chelsea, Dee, Alexis) as they head to the Final Four to compete for the 6A State Championship. We are so very proud of ALL OF YOU!! GO STARZ!!!
