Congratulations to JMA students Karla Deithorn and Shelby Cassesse, who have been nominated for NATAS Mid-Atlantic University Student Production Emmy awards based on packages they produced in Dr. Dennis Woyteks Newsroom Operations class. Our students have captured many Keystone Press and SPJ Mark of Excellence awards -- so best wishes and good luck to Karla and Shelby in their quest to garner JMAs first Emmy awards! Karla is nominated for her package on a production of Les Misérables and Shelby is nominated for a package on the building of the Pittsburgh Creche.
