Congratulations to Lalliance Lepep for their victory. Mauritians made a clear choice and voted against the 2nd republic, metro Leger and so on, I wont go in details. I hope that LAlliance Lepep will implement the promises that Mauritians voted for. I have the frankness to say that I have campaigned for the PTR - MMM alliance in No 19 and I will not bow my head today nor go in denial mode. During this month even if I neglected many things and gave a lot of my time, I dont regret. I made many friends, learnt a lot, I got experiences that will benefit me through my life. A defeat is a defeat. I know many of you might come to me with sarcastic comments, I have seen worse. Yesterday evening at 14 hrs in No 19, the voting % was only around 25 % and I knew that something was wrong, we worked harder but our efforts were not enough. I kept on believing that we could make it. I wrote a post on my wall last night, where I was wrong, I take full responsibility of that. A special note for MMM supporters, I know you have worked hard but defeat is part of politics, pas decourager. Its only in defeats that we see our true friends. I hope that the country will come out a winner from this elections and that we will continue to live as a rainbow nation with a single destiny, no matter which party your allegiance goes to.
