Congratulations to Sian Chay Medical Institution on the official opening of its branch at Block 103 Towner estate. In the 75 days since its soft opening, the Branch has already served more than 2000 residents in the surrounding areas through its TCM services. I thank the leadership of Sian Chay, led by Chairman Dr. Toh Soon Huat, for opening this Branch within Whampoa SMC. I also thank the generous sponsors who donated toward the setting up of this branch.
