Congratulations to all my friends who were victorious in elections across the country last night! I firmly believe that our nation and, specifically, Michigan are in great hands with this new wave of leadership. To all those who fought valiantly, but came up a bit short, remember, none of it was for naught, you helped shaped our nations dialogue, advanced creative ideas, and better positioned yourselves for social leadership in areas such as education, foreign policy, economics, etc. which will make all of us better off because of your efforts. Thanks again to everyone who had the courage to throw their names into the fray.
