Congratulations to everybody who competed today in the Mind Body and Soul Jiu Jitsu tournament at the Edmonton Garrison. You all represented the red shield with class and sportsmanship. 22 medals not bad for a days work. Just think a year and a half ago no one even new who we were. Through hard work, great teaching and dedication today everybody knows who Gracie Barra Edmonton is. Every competitor knows that when they face a GB Edmonton athlete its going to be a war and most likely are going to come up on the short end of the stick. So proud seeing so many GB Edmonton family members everywhere today cheering and coaching every match. Our coaches put on a a few miles today running from mat to mat making sure everybody received coaching. Looking forward to having you all back home at Legends next week sharing your experience with the rest of our members on the mat. For those who want to taste a little competition or just want to work on their game our next Gracie Barra Challengers Cup at Legends will be July 26th at 12:30pm. Kevin....
