During every shift, Susan demonstrates her dedication to the gentlemen at Pinnacle Road. Susan can be observed encouraging the individuals to do as much for themselves as possible, no matter how large the task. She portrays a positive outlook throughout any challenge and always presents a smile. She has a responsive, spirited relationship with each of the gentlemen and takes the time to make each one of them feel important.
