Congratulations to the son of Milne Bay. First judge from Milne Bay Province. He was awarded Knight of Her Majestys Realm at a very raw age. In fact as I understand, at the time of his appointment, he was the youngest knight in the commonwealth. I met him for the first time in 1999 in London when he was then the High Commissioner to the United Kingdom. The then Chief Justice, Sir Arnold Amet asked him to return to PNG soon, return to some court room experience and get an appointment. Sir Kina, you would remember this conversation, sir, as we were whisked away in the limo. I was so proud as a Milne Bay to have met you then, so proud because a judicial leader then recognised your potential to make that invite then. 14 years later, sir, this potential gives birth. I personally salute you. Congratulations to the son of Milne Bay.
