Congress grants Obama free rein for martial law The action by our Congress, smack of communism, loud and clear....if this government continues its brazen ways, I would gladly participate in a second revolution, in compliance with the authority vested to the population, and as laid out by our founding fathers, and established by them in our beloved constitution.
