Congress-ship is sinking in Odisha & unable to face such rough - TopicsExpress

Congress-ship is sinking in Odisha & unable to face such rough weather boarders r leaving d ship one after another. Those who quit party, all of them r not opportunists. As it is not possible to work in dignity in state Congress, they hv no other option. I know personally Arya Kumar Gyanendra, who is a very good friend, was an ardent & sincere follower & worker of Congress. I cannot just imagine, how & when he decided to quit d party, how much pain he would be having & feeling in his heart. Similar might be the case with others, whom I do not know personally. It is due to high-handedness of high-command in managing party affairs in the state. Utter negligence towards Odisha is crystal clear from single instance; that, after independence till date, only two persons- Dr. Harekrushna Mahtab & JB Patnaik got cabinet berth, stint of both put together, did not surpass a year. State party Chiefs were used to be hired & fired like domestic servants. Mismanagement of party affairs is unprecedented. When a father is party president, son is d president of Youth Congress. Situation is worsened so much, that too, during election times, only god can save the party.
