Connecting with an Army and capturing the pulse can be hard to do - TopicsExpress

Connecting with an Army and capturing the pulse can be hard to do across our footprint. When you also consider over 40% of you are half my age and even more with half my service I am conscious that there is always another perspective. CA and I speak of having an edge in our profession so weve applied that to our comms links such as social media. You should of noticed over recent weeks that it has appeared I am capable of being in two places at once and the occasional post seems to have a younger slant. Thats because we have engaged one of our LCpls to help us get better in terms of reach and messaging. LCpl Danielle Pardoe studies IT and has looked at our profiles and stats to see where we can improve. Equally she brings a fresh set of eyes and ears to the game. FYI LCpl Pardoe has full access rights to my accounts and now that we have worked through Phase 1 she will post using via or on behalf or something similar to authenticate. Anyway, Phase Two kicked off with the eyes and ears heading to Waiouru and Burnham to get alongside our instructors spread to the 4 winds at TAD, Depot Coy, DHS and YDU. Thank you to all that provide instruction and guidance from ground level up IOT lead our Army and the wider Defence Force to a well trained future. You are the beat to our march. To the soldiers, airmen and sailors look onward and upward to become those that learn to lead and lead to learn.
