Connecting with an Army and capturing the pulse can be hard to do across our footprint. When you also consider over 40% of you are half my age and even more with half my service I am conscious that there is always another perspective. You should of noticed over recent weeks that it has appeared I am capable of being in two places at once and the occasional post seems to have a younger slant. Thats because we have engaged one of our LCpls to help us get better in terms of reach and messaging. LCpl Danielle Pardoe studies IT and has looked at our profiles and stats to see where we can improve. Equally she brings a fresh set of eyes and ears to the game. Anyway, Phase Two kicked off with the eyes and ears heading to Waiouru and Burnham to get alongside our instructors spread to the 4 winds at TAD, Depot Coy, DHS and YDU.
