Conservative imbeciles always tell foreign-born Americans, if we hate America so much. why not just go back where you came from? The answer is not a simple one. Being Latin American, the US ruined my region in more ways than this list can provide. However, here is my answer to those xenophobic assholes... Id gladly leave this country if your country hadnt ruined mine. I would love to go back to my birthplace, but such a thing can only happen when your country leaves AND fixes what your country did to mine. The ruination of Latin America by the US government was caused by ideological fears and corporate interests, with no regard to democracy, human life, and the right for a country to govern itself. Presidents like Nixon and Reagan should have been impeached and people like Henry Kissinger should be in prison, but none of it will/has happen/ed.
