IMHO a $100,000 grant/ investment > Direct 100% funds (as bicycles retrofitting) could go at once to say 5,000 families- distributed in 100 villages or slums > farm/bike equipment, carts -work shops/ repair/ fitting - adopted to their containers and jugs for water- and all- Folks readily take experimental gadgets- who checks the teeth of donated donkey (or goat, or crooked Stoves, or super Solar may be on Energy day but Water Quarrels Queue Management at water fight sites, Mafia Mitigation, Drainage Design, conservation, contamination deserves a mention today
