Consider this if you would: I wonder how many folks are conscious of their habits, actions, and inactions. Do they ever measure them against the principles and values they would likely recite if asked what the believe and stand for? And where are these personal habits and choices to act or not act taking them in the next say five years? 10? 20? 50? Are you becoming the person you want to end up being? What will be your legacy? After we are gone, will our friends be able to recall our character, principles and beliefs based on how we lived? Or will we need to leave a detailed list because they may get it totally wrong if they go by what they perceived? We miss out on so much in life when we only have a fourth quarter strategy for getting our character, priorities and beliefs in order. My humble observations of myself.
