Considering picking up this gem of a bike. The owner wants $400 USD for it, its been garaged since 1996, I am sure that the usual would need to be done if I can get her to turn over, but I am curious is it worth the price the parts are all there and he claims that the bumr ran fine until he changed to Accel racing coils with a stock CDI box, where he ran into electrical problems. Any suggestions and ideas appreciated. I was once interested in doing a 7/11 but the motors are hard to find complete with the electricals...the front part o the body is fiberglass junk with spider cracks all in it, I would like to replace it with fatory plastics, but not sure what the cost would be. II am sure the carbs need rebuilding, the gas tank is dry and has minimal rust, the forks and shock look good, but would probably need a rebuild, needs new tires, paint, & that is a Yoshimura pipe in good concondition with minimal rust.
